Responsibilities Perform customer requirement gathering and solution design (High and Low Level) for projects that require the implementation of Nokia Products from Service Assurance and Orchestration domain. Support Cloud and Infrastructure dimensioning, and perform deployment verification and validation. Respond to questions, concerns, and open points from a customer solution view, and provide clarification and troubleshooting. Identify new requirements from customers through project implementation or ad-hoc customer interactions. Support the implementation of Nokia Assurance and Orchestration solutions (NAC, UIV, NORC) by improving customer business solutions and guiding project teams on software best practices and delivery methodologies. Create Epics, review user stories, define and review acceptance criteria. Support project managers in reviewing project schedules, issues, risks, and action plans. #LI-DNI Domestic travel up to 25% required. International travel up to 10% required.
