We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental Ceramist to join our company. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation (new hires will earn 10 days each year) and 8 paid holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect Responsible for building, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior restorations including porcelain to metal, Emax, Zirconia and implant restorations Start-to-finish proficiency in Ceramics: build-up, grind-in, contour and full anatomy Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain work for smile design cases Ability to create custom shades and meet tight deadlines All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing of ceramic restorations High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards Strong communication skills Excellent hand/eye coordination Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities High School diploma or equivalent required Additional Information
