Dining Host/Hostess – Part-Time

Chick-fil-A - Dining Host/Hostess Needed Part Time 11:15AM-2:45PM Weekdays

As a Dining Host/Hostess, you will

play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a

delightful dining experience. The ideal candidate must be able to execute

Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Team Members are

responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they

serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A

service and food.

Position Type, Part-time,

3-5 Days a Week, 11:15-2:45

Dining Host/Hostess Responsibilities: 

Enthusiastically greets guest and ensures a pleasant dining experience Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and people-focused environment

Be the primary point of contact for our dine-in guest, showcasing dedication and understanding

Thrive in a fast-paced setting Serve guest by providing attentive service and product information Resolve service and product issues promptly

Ensure guest satisfaction and a friendly restaurant experience Utilize organizational and communication skills to build trust and rapport with guest

Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, dining area, play area and restrooms Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

Provide solutions to customer complaints in line with company policies Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
