A successful Directional Drill Operator shall transport, operate, and maintain equipment used in telecommunication construction including but not limited to volumetric mixer, digger derrick, backhoe/excavator, water truck. They shall be responsible for adherence to DOT regulations and documentation, safe transport, and equipment/materials loading and unloading.
