We are seeking a Special Events Associate to join our growing event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations . Our firm excels at developing new streams of revenue for clients through on-site promotions , innovative marketing strategies, and personalized advertising campaigns. Each product campaign is uniquely crafted for the client's target market .
Due to recent growth and the addition of new clients to our event portfolio, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist with marketing events and eventually grow into a campaign management role to help develop new clients. This position is an integral part of the Special Events Team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator .
Responsibilities:
Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
Coordinate event activities including setup , visual merchandising , and inventory control
Process and track event sales
Organize event logistics, timelines , and schedules
Serve as Event Manager when necessary
Lead by example for interns and serve as an enthusiastic member of the event staff
The Special Events Training Program uses a hands-on approach that will challenge our team to learn marketing , advertising , sales , public relations , and management . Senior management provides a supportive environment designed to build confidence, accomplishment, and maturity. In a short amount of time, entry-level candidates will work with various clients and closely with the management team.
Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
Must have own vehicle to attend events (all travel reimbursed)
