A growing, successful private practice in the Twin Cities is looking to add an associate Optometrist for upcoming new location

This private practice is completely full-scope, and would love to add an associate with special interest in dry eye treatment and aesthetics. They are fully equipped with Icon IPL, OCT, VF, TempSure RF, etc. You will see about 15-18 patients per day with tech and scribe support. Their patients are mostly adult to geriatric, and you will see a good deal of ocular pathology, surface disease, dry eye, and aesthetics. They are looking for a driven Optometrist with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Hours: M/W/F 8-5, T/Th 10-7

Tech and scribe assistance
Monthly doctor meetings over dinner

Your responsibilities:

See 15-18 patients per day
Treat dry eye, surface disease, aesthetics
Comprehensive exams
Call:1 weekend per month
Split time between 2 locations

Compensation and benefits:

Base pay = $30k x days/week that you work (5 days/week = $150,000)
Bonuses = 17% net production

Minimum requirements:

OD licensed to practice in Minnesota
Driven and self-motivated
Able to work alone or as a team
Interest in subspecialties
