Based in our PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL location, you will join a small design and development team creating new products from the schematic, PCB layout, prototype development, to product transition to production. As a Hardware Engineer, you will: Analysis of many or all analog, power, and digital circuits including sensors, electromechanical power switches, and AC/DC, linear and switching power supplies, 12-24 bits ADCs, displays, programmable logic and 8/16/32bit Micro-controllers/Microprocessors. Creation of documentation including technical requirements, functional specifications, manufacturing test specifications, qualification test plans, and product change notices. Support validation and manufacturing engineers/technicians in test creation and fixture design. Support manufacturing on new product releases as well as sustain current production products supporting quality improvements, cost reduction, test, component obsolescence, and failure analysis. Evaluate product returns/failures to determine root cause and corrective actions. Hardware design and development of micro-controller based products

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering 0-5 Years Experience Strong functional knowledge of electronic components and circuits including microprocessors, micro controllers, op-amps, regulators, standard digital logic ICs. Documentation and presentation skills using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
