We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The Junior Recruiter will assist in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and other sourcing tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening and Selection : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Coordination : Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Postings : Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms to maximize visibility and candidate reach.
Database Management : Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Employer Branding : Support initiatives to promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support for recruitment activities, such as preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.
Collaboration : Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field; internships or relevant coursework are a plus.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment.
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
