About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and self-driven Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of content development across multiple formats and channels. You’ll be expected to work independently to produce high-quality, investor-ready materials with minimal supervision — helping us communicate clearly, consistently, and credibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a wide range of marketing materials, including:
  • Articles and thought leadership content
  • Whitepapers and educational briefs
  • One-pagers and investor brochures
  • Fund summaries, factsheets, and related collateral
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate complex, technical information into clear and compelling content
  • Uphold brand voice and tone across all materials
  • Ensure all content meets internal, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Adapt content for multiple uses (print, digital, presentations)
  • Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Stay informed on market trends, investor behavior, and competitor positioning

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong command of grammar, structure, and storytelling across short- and long-form content
  • Proven ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging, investor-appropriate language
  • High level of self-direction, organization, and accountability
  • Familiarity with content review processes and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools; design experience is a plus (PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in content creation, marketing writing, or communications — preferably within financial services, energy, real estate, or a regulated industry
  • Experience writing for high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, or institutional audiences
  • SEO knowledge or digital content experience
  • Light visual editing or layout capabilities
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
