Position Summary 

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. This mid-level role is ideal for a creative and organized professional with experience in B2B/B2C marketing, digital outreach, and event planning.

Essential Duties

· Plan, promote, and execute trade shows, webinars, and customer events

· Coordinate event logistics, vendor relations, and promotional materials

· Develop and manage marketing assets including emails, landing pages, and social media content

· Track campaign performance and event ROI

· Support lead generation through email campaigns, social media, and digital outreach

· Manage internal storefront and branded merchandise orders

· Collaborate with vendors for custom marketing materials and promotional items

· Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and ensure timely distribution

· Assist with CRM data management and reporting

· Present campaign and event performance updates to stakeholders

· Support the Marketing Manager with project tracking and milestone reporting

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or      related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event planning,      or brand support
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms      (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently      and collaboratively
