What You'll Do Drive global growth by engaging top talent from international markets to support MedPro International's global expansion goals Conduct thorough candidate screening, including behavioral interviews, to assess their suitability for the role Interview candidates for their suitability for success in the pipeline and employment with MedPro. This includes evaluating education, work history, and motivation to adhere to standard terms of employment International travel is required in this role and could consist of two to three trips a year Manage and prioritize interviews and contract follow-up based on the quality of candidates to ensure maximum contract conversions and a smooth recruitment experience Provide exceptional customer service and address candidate inquiries promptly Utilize persuasive language to convince potential candidates to take action Daily collaboration with team to discuss lead flow and any other relevant issues Manage and grow their book of business, by adhering to company guidelines, goals, and metrics Prospect candidates by effectively utilizing sourcing tools, including social media, referrals, advertising, and email campaigns Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics related to candidate screening and conversion Perform other duties as required.
