Responsibilities Laurel Heights Hospital, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator / Recruitment . Laurel Heights Hospital is an intensive Residential Treatment/Acute and Autism Spectrum Disorders Program for children and adolescents, serving and treating severe psychiatric, behavioral, and co-occurring issues. EOE. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the recruitment team. Your duties will include: Performing full life cycle recruitment, including research, screening, and assisting in selecting qualified candidates for various positions. Completing onboarding processes. Handling I-9 documentation. Drafting and posting job ads across multiple platforms, including social media and industry-specific job boards. Assisting with employee branding messaging throughout the recruitment process. Developing follow-up strategies to maintain contact with potential candidates and convert them into employees. Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies. Managing the applicant tracking system/HRIS, monitoring activity to meet recruitment timelines, and acting as the system expert. Working with the HR Director to gather detailed information about open positions to ensure accurate communication with applicants. Developing sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
