Director, Account Management, Stripe

Overview:

Your opportunity to join an agile and high-performing team to grow Mastercards Global Acquiring business while executing on Mastercards strategic product roadmap through strong relationships with one of Mastercards largest global acceptance partners. The Acquiring team provides global account management support for key acquirers and acceptance enablers, including Adyen, Stripe, Square, and Checkout.com. The team supports all aspects of their business, including expansion into new areas such as issuing and account-to-account payments.

These customers are integral to the development and commercialization of strategic products, making a strong partnership with aligned strategic priorities critical for the success of Mastercard and our clients.

You will report to the SVP of Global Acceptance, responsible for all aspects of relationship management with Stripe, driving revenue growth and deployment of strategically important products and services. You will also help define the strategic approach to support central acquirers and serve as a subject matter expert for regional/local account leads engaged with acceptance partners globally.

We seek a self-motivated, structured problem solver with a strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills internally and externally.

Role

  1. Defend and grow revenues through relationship management and commercialization of flexible product solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  2. Support growth via product, services, and VAS sales.
  3. Manage a successful sales pipeline of new initiatives aligned with Mastercards strategy and goals.
  4. Drive business development and innovative proposals to increase revenue and market share.
  5. Expand relationships with client stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and strengthen the Mastercard brand.
  6. Ensure global alignment on priorities and act as a global partner for managed accounts.

New York City, NY: $172,000 - $275,000 USD
